The Caregiver Cafe
This virtual group takes place from the comfort and convenience of your home.
The group meets once a month for one to one-half hour
An open discussion about anything related to caring for your loved one
The Caregiver Journey
Join other caregivers, as we come together to learn and share how the stress of caregiving can become less chaotic, and find a sense of balance and calmness in your role as a caregiver. This group is offered three times a year for 10 weeks. A group begins each February, March, and October.
Group Content and Objectives:
Identify and utilize your Signature Strengths in your role as a caregiver.
Recognize areas in your life that are out of balance.
Explore how your thoughts and feelings play a role in caregiving.
Consider the losses and role grief plays in your caregiving role.
Examine the impact on the physical, emotional, social, family, and financial aspects related to caregiving.
Identify and utilize your values to align with your caregiving role.
Find more joy as a caregiver.
Formulate strategies to utilize in each of the above areas.
