Gritty Sisters’ Retreats serves women by providing:

• an opportunity to step away from their daily routines and responsibilities relax, replenish, and rejuvenate in a safe environment

• connect with other women and discover new friendships

• reconnect with themselves and nourish their body, mind, and spirit amidst the beauty and embrace of nature

• be childlike and playful, have fun, and laugh.

Together, retreat participants create a space of relaxation and renewal and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and connected to an abundant wellspring of peace within themselves and a reminder of their inherent worth.
